In the center of Norwood, on the town common at the corner of Washington and Nahatan Street, is a white octagon structure that is the gazebo.

This gazebo is at the center of the common, and has six pathways that lead to the edge of the common. it is a wooden structure painted white. The roof is asphalt shingle with a small spire at the center. There is a ramp on one side of the gazebo and steps on the other. Inside the gazebo, the space is largely vacant, except for several backless benches arranged along the perimeter.

In the summer there are concerts scheduled at the common, with the gazebo either providing space for bands or works as a backdrop to them. See this site for the schedule:
