Brint's is a Valentine diner located in the southeast part of Wichita. It began with seating for 37, but was later expanded to seat 71.
Opening at 6am on weekdays and Saturday, the owner Jesse Medina serves an excellent breakfast with all the country favorites. Of course, breakfast is served all day and lunch presents a great line of burgers, sandwiches and other specials.
In 2007, Brint's Diner was featured on "Diners, Drive-ins and Dives".
