The ferry service was established in 1252.

Between March and November the ferry crosses the Elbe every ten minutes from 6.00h (Saturday/Sunday: 8.30h) until 20.00h

There is no terminal, but a snack stall and a restaurant near by. The fee will be paid on the ferry itself.
