There are six views. The default view is the free car park (WNW view). The cam is mounted 23 metres high on the lighthouse, parallel with the lantern. At night all you will see is the lantern room and keeper's cottage views. The lantern is automatic with a sensor in the lantern room to operate the lamps and foghorn. There is a backup light.
The keeper's cottages are hired as holiday lets.
The heli-pad is used by the coastguard.
The cam is not on broadband but good old fashioned dial up. Be patient. Pictures are nearly live.
Weekends and during the summer the light tower is open to the public.

The views explained.
Default view is WNW looking at free car park and beyond up the peninsular. You can see people. The Mull is an RSPB reserve. Open all year for bird watchers and tourists.

Lantern Room view is the light room at the top of the tower.

Cailiness Point has the RSPB visitor centre (white building) in view. Looking north.
Gallie Craig cafe view looks west at the turf roof of the excellent cafe, and cliffs of nesting bird beyond.
Light keeper's house view looks into the yard and white painted walls at the base of the light tower. You can see people on open days.

The Mull view has the helipad and the point in frame. Looking ENE (East North Easterly). People are seen in view. Live feed.
