On the shores of the Metedeconck River in Brick, New Jersey is Windward Beach Park. The Brick PBA erected this bandstand for the centerpiece of the Summerfest Concert Series in recognition of the Brick Rotary Club.

Windward Beach Park is a local park and recreation area off of Princeton Avenue. Visitors can bathe on the beaches of the Metedeconck River, catch a concert at the bandstand, watch their children play on any of the playgrounds, or even come for the Thursday Night Summer Concert Series at SummerFest food and fun Festival.
Every Thursday night in the Summer, local charitable organizations invite hundreds to this park to listen to local and reknown musical artists.
The stage area of the bandstand is adorned with four signs. The Brick Township Rotary International sign stands on top. Two plaque list the individuals and businesses that contributed to the bandstand's placement. The fourth sign reads the dedication:
