Location was easy to locate in just north of St. Francisville, LA. According to STORIES, there was 10 murders at this location and is home to 12 ghosts.
The most famous is Chloe, a slave owned by the Woodruff's, who owned the plantation. Chloe , for reasons unclear, poisoned the Woodruff wife and 2 daughters. She was supposedly then hanged. She wore a green turban in real life, and the supposed ghost is seen walking the grounds wearing a green turban.
It is also said, the location is built on an Indian burial ground and is haunted by Native American Spirits.
Another haunting states that during Civil War, 3 Union soldiers were killed in plantation, and the blood stains do not come clean.
First I do not believe in paranormals. From the facts I have read, most of the stories are myths and half truths. I believe people were killed in the home, there are facts to back this up.
I would say, plan a trip, and go visit andd stay the night... you decide.
