It is a similar style to the other nearby nautical flag near the Lifeboat Station and is located on the upper floor balcony of this brick building.
The flag on the gaff is the Royal Lymington Yacht Club Ensign and the one on top of the mast is the Royal Lymington Yacht Club Burgee. The mast does not have a yard arm.
