Sept. 2009: Preliminary description -- the pool is closing for the season and we wanted to get a basic entry with photos before the pool was drained. We will get brighter pictures next summer on a sunny day. The pool operates daily from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend, weather (and availability of lifeguards) permitting.

The guard staff are primarily older high school and college students, so weather and availability of lifeguard staff are prime determinants when the pool can be open.
