Cook-Out is fairly new to Mt Airy. Their resturants feature burgers cooked out on the grill (which is actually inside). They have hotdogs, chicken and Bar-B-Q also. But their best item is their thick rich, old-fashioned milkshakes in a large variety of flavors.
