This is the main public hospital located in the capital city of the province of Surin, in eastern Thailand. Along with a number of smaller, district level hospitals, it serves a provincial population of approximately one million plus.
The hospital offers a full range of facilities and services, including an emergency medial centre. It is a large and somewhat spread out set of buildings. It also serves as a teaching hospital. (No English language signs that I could see.) Less affluent Thais are charged only 30 baht (approximately us$1) for treatment.
