These hand and shoe prints are located in a small square of cement located between the sidewalk and the street on South 2nd Street in downtown Fulton, New York.

Guessing from the size of the hand and shoe prints here, these were done by an adult. The state highway crew had the utility company replace the pole here, however, due to the location it was better to fill in the hole that was left with a small patch of cement, rather that dirt. Apparently, a passerby felt it was the perfect location to leave their mark for humanity.
