Waterfall near Hall Farm, Near Lydford, Devon UK - Man-made Waterfalls on Waymarking.com

This man-made waterfall is situated near Lydford on West Dartmoor. It looks like the only purpose of the dam is to keep the river level because of an access route (ford) to a gate from the moorland. Without the dam the river would be a lot lower and probably difficult to cross with vehicles.
