The Anderson Park Art Gallery is primarily devoted to artworks from southern New Zealand. With an extensive collection that changes nine times a year it always has something to surprise and delight.
Housed in the 1925 mansion of Sir Robert Anderson, a prominent businessman, it is worth stopping to see the building and the grounds if not the art on display.
