There's a steep hiking trail that runs directly from Flüh to the castle Landskron across the border to France. After you enter the forest there is a big rock where the way turns left. On the edge of the rock there is a red line with a metal seal that says "Landesgrenze" (contry border); a big red F and S tell you where France and Switzerland are.
