En la isla del Medio o del Faro y junto a uno de los itinerarios establecidos para la visita del conjunto de las islas Norte y del Medio, en concreto el itinerario de Monte Faro, encontramos esta vistosa roca en la que la meteorización ha perforado esta ventana , con toda seguridad a partir de la evolución de una oquedad inicial (un tafone) por desagregación granular progresiva de la roca.
The rock is located near the route of Monte Faro, one of the signs for visitors to the island in the Middle. Weathering of granite that has drilled big window for initial development of a hollow (a tafone).
