Culver's is famous for its Butterburgers and frozen custard. The butter in the Butterburgers is not in the burger, but in the bun. However I am partial to the Wisconsin Swiss Melt which is on heavily buttered, grilled bread instead of a bun.
The frozen custard typically comes as chocolate, vanilla and a special Flavor of the Day, but you can also decorate it with a wide variety of toppings or turn it into a sundae. Shakes, malts and even root beer floats (with their very own creamy root beer) are available, too.
