Situated in the main street of Albury the cinema was originally constructed in 1926 and then extended in 1998 and 2004, the complex now contains 9 cinemas, but still retains it's inner beauty, with the original plaster ceilings in the foyer area.
The original 1926 Regent Theatre had 1286 seats. In the old days dress circle patrons were able to stroll out to a roof garden where a waterfall disguised the cooling tower.
