In 1986 the narrow-gauge railway from Basel to Rodersdorf was connected to the local tramway system. Now this is Line 10 of the BLT.

The old station building at the Basel end of the line was disassembled and sold to the brewery Feldschlösschen in Rheinfelden 15 km East of Basel.

Here it is used as the station building of the company owned visitor's steam train for special events. It's just opposite the tracks of the public railway station.
