There is a legend of the 17th century, when Rheinfelden was under siege by Swedish troups. When all the food reserves were exhausted, a small tailor killed the last goat and dressed himself with its fur, then walked around the town walls making baas. So the Swedish believed it would take too long when the inhabitants still could feed up their cattle so fat and took off.
