The mouth of the Ergolz is a nature reserve.
The day before the visit there was heavy rain in a region upstream of the Rhine, but not where the Ergolz flows. So this day it was easy to tell the water from its originating river.
Picture and log are taken from a bridge some meters south of the confluence.
