The building was built in the early 1900's and was the Crystal Saloon and then was the Oasis Bar. As can be seen on the sign they have repurposed the sign when it became a tattoo parlor. The business is also known as Jimmy's Tattoo Oasis. The area around the shop is a little rough however not as rough as it used to be when it was the Billings "red light" district.
