This appears to be an extension of the Oregon Trail not part of the main trail. On Sussex Ave. E. (Part of old Rt99) in Tenino, Washington

I do not know any details for this part of the trail.
Directions:
From Tumwater, WA travel S. on Old Hwy 99 SE then west at Sussex Ave E (WA-507) marker is a few blocks down on the right (north side of road).
