A fifteen digit palindrome on the edge of a coastal sea cliff

I picked this this location because I knew it would have a fantastic view. Unfortunately I didn't realise just how close to the edge it would be, as I had to climb about a third of the way down to get to GZ, so be very careful if you visit this one.
Access is via the Great South West Walk, at least until the last 40 metres.
Cape Bridgewater is the remains of a 2 million year old caldera volcano.
It is also the site of Victoria's highest coastal cliff, and has caves under the cliffs that are the home to juvenile Australian Fur Seals.
The area offers spectacular views of Bridgewater Bay, Cape Nelson, & The Southern Ocean.
Don't forget your binoculars to get a better view of the seal frolicking in the ocean below.
