This had been a Rexall Pharmacy just down the street for decades, until 2008, when it merged with NOTCH, the not-for-profit NOrthern Tier Center for Health, which operates community health centers in several small northwestern Vermont towns.

Both the Health Center and the Pharmacy are on the second floor of a renovated furniture factory, sharing the building with a grocery store, senior apartments and small business incubator space.

Its primary function is prescriptions (not just those generated at NOTCH), but they also carry various OTC items. Counter service only.
