The Papeete Tahiti Temple is the 27th constructed and 25th operating temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Located in the commune of Pirae in the urban area of Papeete, the capital of French Polynesia, the Papeete Tahiti Temple is characterized by its striking blue roof and beautiful tropical gardens. It is built on 1.7 acres and visitors are welcome to stroll over the winding sidewalks of the temple grounds to admire the temple and its surrounding foliage.
The Temple is painted plaster over stucco using imported white sand.

Total Floor Area: 12,150 square feet.
