Farman Kurban oglu Salmanov (1931-2007) was a geologist who discovered large oil fields in Western Siberia. At his grave there is a gravestone with a map of the area where he performed his explorations and oil towers.
Next to Farman Salmanov's grave is a grave of his son Oleg (1961-2008), also a geologist. There is a statue of him with a geologic hammer.

There are many other interesting gravestones at this cemetery, I have left them for other waymarkers.
