Founded by SEI Eikei, this shop serves one cup of Coffee by 1cen 5rin, Coffee with milk by 2cen (at that time, 1yen=100cen, 1cen=10rin).
Eikei opened this shop for public saloon where everyone can obtain more knowledge. So this shop has lots of domestic/foreign newspapers, books, magazines. Also, everyone could enjoy billiards, cards, crickets, Shogi and Igo.
It was too fast for people to enjoy COFFEE SHOP so unfortunatelly this shop was not popular at that time.
