In the summer season these courts are almost always full with people waiting to get on. There is one full court and two half courts. Skins and shirts games are always running. My own kids have played there for many summers. Ellis Park has these courts, a playground, and a Gazebo where concerts are held all summer long. The park is directly on the ocean and covenants protect what may be there. Some of it is left as a natural oceanfront grassland.
