A friendly pub with good food and beer, perfectly situated at the side of the Isle of Man's best beach. Probably the best pub on the island. Recently CAMRA Pub Of The Year.

Serves a selection of excellent beers, always well-kept, with the Manx "Bushy's" ales as the speciality.
A large selection of good wines complements the excellent food: better than the average pub fodder. in addition to the good regular menu, there are chocolate fountains, local fish specialities and curry of the day. There is always a large selection of continental beers, also fine cigars, pickled eggs and other novelties.
The rooms consist of a small snug (live music all year round, normally Friday nights), a public bar, a lounge/restaurant/bar and a no-smoking area. Very informal. Child-friendly until late on, at least in the lounge bar. In summer, there's often a large crowd sitting on the edge of the beach enjoying the drink and live bands. A great starting point for a stroll around the picturesque harbour area, and along the promenade to the ice-cream parlour. Parking usually easy.
