The statue is just inside the Byculla Zoo. It can be seen from the entrance without paying the zoo entry, but is best viewed from inside the zoo.

This statue of Prince Edward on his horse in black stone once stood outside the Elphinstone College. The statue was removed to the Victoria Gardens in Bycullah sometime in the early 1970's.
