The rooms are clean and a good value.
The staff is Amazing!
The area surrounding the hotel is the real India, not a tourist agencies version of India, so be prepared for the sights and smells. The area near the hotel was very poor, but I never felt unsafe.

Noteworthy facilities/attractions:
Very easy to get to with a taxi. You tell the driver "Near the Bandra Court", and they all know where that is. A taxi ride from just about anywhere was under 4$
Justification for Recommendation:
We stayed here for a week, and the staff was just amazing. Each morning room service would bring the best coffee we ever had for just a few rupees. When we broke our computer, they helped us arrange to have it fixed promptly. Our laundry was cleaned and pressed. The restaurant was clean and well serviced.
