This row of wagon wheels is in the side yard of a house on Route 414, just outside the Village of Clyde, New York. They are lined up together along a flower garden and have been here for a few years now.

This landowner has bordered the North side of their flower garden with 10 wagon wheels, 8 larger ones and 2 smaller ones, all painted white and permanently mounted on steel poles in the ground. This wagon wheel display has been here for a few years now and was the first one I could think of when this new category was added, as I pass by here quite regularly.
