Make your way to the waterfront in Castine. There's town parking on the pier. The posted coordinates will put you in front of the web camera on top of Payson Hall. There's a pay phone on the side of the nearby general store if you don't have a cel.
Depending on the time or year and day you may be able to visit the Academy Tranining Ship or their historic schooner Bowdoin. This area is open to the public. Stand clear though if they happen to be moving boats to or from the nearby travel lift. The camera is sponsored by the MMA Parents' Association. THANKS!
