This Carillon was built in commemorating one year celebration of "Declaration of Peace-Loving City" by Chuo-ku, the local government.
Made by Klokkengieter Koninklijke Eijsbouts, the most famous Dutch Carillon maker in the world, 26 bells ring for us to remain our peace.
