Wagon wheels used as ends for a bench at the End of the Oregon Trail Interpretive Center in Oregon City, Oregon. The bench is no longer there.

The bench is dedicated to John Schweitzer, husband, father, grand father, sheriff and living history interpreter. The bench is located at the End of the Oregon Trail Interpretive Center which is located on Abernethy Green in Oregon City the official end of the Oregon Trail. Early pioneers would arrive at at the end of the trail late in the fall or early winter and would winter over at Abernethy Green before moving to their own stake.
Visit Instructions:
1) Must physically be at the site.
2) require a new photo by you, you need not be in it.
3) give a bit of travel experiences getting there and/or you impression of the site.
