Casey's Diner is an icon in Natick. Though not large, it has a strong following. One of the cooks had stated that they average 600 hot dogs and 200 hamburgers a day and that on Marathon Day (the day the Boston Marathon is running), they can sell over 1200 hot dogs. Inside, the pot is full of dogs.
They serve the hot dogs relatively 'naked.' An all around is mustard, relish, and onions.
The diner is located at 36 South Street in Natick. The structure is a genuine Worcester Diner. Inside, the interior is still wood. There are only 10 stools available, and very little room behind them. There is a take-out window on the side, and, thus, the selection "Outdoor" was selected based on capacity.
According to the plaque given by the town, Casey's existed originally as a movable lunch wagon. In 1925, the diner was acquired and has been the base of operations since.
