fountain in Haarzuilens - The Netherlands - Fountains on Waymarking.com

the village of Haarzuilens was built in the 19th century near the castle De Haar to house the people working in the castle.
The houses were designed by the famour Dutch architect Cuypers
When the lord of the manor wanted the castle gardens extended around 1890, the village was moved to make room.
The village is still occupied by a few hundred people.
The Brink with the fountain is the heart of the village.
