This impressive yellow rose is about 3 feet wide by 4 1/2 feet long. It graced the original meeting house and swimming pool of Thornton, Colorado, USA. The pool has been renovated to more of a swim park (City Park Pool), with the rose being repaired and preserved. The rose was laid sometime in the late 1950s to early 1960s.
