Andesu Matoba is a foumous bakery for its variety of "Ampan". In Japanese, "An" is a sweetened red bean paste, and "pan" is a bread. So, Anpan is a sweetened bun with red bean paste, but sometimes it's green.

They also sells season's special bread/buns. Please refer to the website (in Japanese only);
