The largest synagogue in Europe can be found in the heart of Budapest, in Dohány street.
The church is not just a great place for visit of Budapest, but it has always been a symbol of the Hungarian Jewish to have big traditions. It could seems for us almost that a part of a fabulous-East unfold to our eyes in Central- European capital.
It is worthy to visit an exhibition also in the church, called Jewish Museum.
The ticket is usually validated by a chorister at the entrance.
