This clock tower can be found in the civic complex where the museum, library, police station and city hall are located. The tower itself was constructed as part of the development that saw the above mentioned civic buildings built and relocated to this complex as part of Canada's centennial projects in 1967 Several large fountains are also scattered amidst the center. I'm not too sure about the time piece but think it also came into being at that time.
