Ruth Scase Fowler, age 100, of Wellsboro, died Friday, March 2, 2007 at Broad Acres. She was the wife of Ernest W. Fowler, who died Dec. 14, 1977. Ruth was born Nov. 1 1906 in Antrim, the daughter of James Robert and Jane Ann Wood Scase. She was a homemaker and member of the Trinity Episcopal Church, Antrim. She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Ernest J. and Patricia Fowler, Wellsboro; two grandchildren; four great grandchildren; nieces and nephew. There will be no visitation. Funeral service to be private at Tussey-Mosher Funeral Home, Wellsboro, PA, with Rev. Gregory Hinton officiating. Burial will be made in Wellsboro Cemetery. If desired, memorials in her memory may be made to the Trinity Episcopal Church, in care of Ruthie Zuchowski, Wellsboro, PA 16901 - Mansfield Gazette, 7 March 2007
