The Austin Cemetery is Located about 1.5 miles east of Wellsboro, just off Rt. 6. The Unknown Person is buried in the back of the cemetery with a funural home marker that says Unknown Case. A link I found (visit link) (his name is last on the list) says that this person was found in the Tioga River in 1996, but he was not buried until 1998.
