This Applebee's is located near the Eastland Mall, St. Joesph's Hospital and State Farm Insurance's Corporate Headquarters, so it is always a busy place.
Unfortunately, the service is a little slow with an overworked kitchen staff. The food is properly prepared and orders were correct, however. So if you are not in a rush, then feel free to stop on by, but do not blame your server for the problems in the kitchen.
