Between the Old Courthouse and the Gateway Arch, the Luther Ely Smith Square provides the perfect location to snap a night-time photo of the illuminated Gateway Arch.
If you did not bring a tripod, you can use one of the handrails centrally located in the park to stabilize your camera just a little bit more. It is not a perfect solution, but you will not go away empty handed.
