The John Street roundhouse is a former Canadian Pacific Railway roundhouse located in downtown Toronto, Canada. It is now the Steam Whistle Brewery.

This roundhouse was constructed in 1929 by the Canadian Pacific Railway and wasn't decommissioned until 1986. It has been designated as both a Toronto and a National Historic Site, and is considered the best remaining example of a large roundhouse structure in Canada.

Bays 1-11 (of 32) are now used by a micro-brewery called the Steam Whistle Brewery.
