The Historic Charleston Walks does several tours. We did a Pirate Tour which was a lot of fun, especially for the kids. Our guide was dressed up in Pirate Costume and told us all of the local Pirate lore.

The tour includes stories of Blackbeard and other famous pirates who called Charleston home. The tour ends in the Exchange Building basement where aresenals were kept. There is also a Pirate Museum above.
