Not much info about building. It is part of the Houma Historic District, listed as building #13. Quote from the National Register application from 1983, taken from here:

13. Bonvillain Building/Bob's Cafe/Trahan's Barber Shop (c.1897) Contributing Element 306-312 East Main Street Two-story brick wedge shaped structure. First floor houses commercial shops and the second floor houses offices. Interior stairs, plate glass windows, aluminum canopy.
