Located on main road in Kingsport, this pharmacy is well-known due to its heavy advertising. Sell groceries and has been into natural products for awhile.

Also look in the front flowers... and you'll see cotton plants? Local news article stated that the reason for the cotton plants was to remind the owner where he came from in life.
