Baby Back Blues offers a simple menu. You can either have a sandwich (beef brisket, pulled pork or chicken) or beef tips with sides. Or you can have ribs in either half or full slabs. Catering is also available.
The sauces are added by you. Their offerings are Carolina (vinegar-style), mild, or hot. (11/30/2010 EDIT: only Hot and Mild are available)
Locals can easily find the restaurant in the Lily Cache Crossing Shopping Center. Visitor's just passing through can take the US Route 30 exit off of Interstate 55 and head west for about one-half mile. Since there are no signs for Baby Back Blues on I-55, this will be our little secret.
Just order at the counter and either carry out back home or eat in with all the sauces right there for you to try. Driving and eating their sandwiches with a mountain of meat is not recommended, so have a seat and relax to the blues music in the background.
They are open from 11am - 8pm Sunday through Thursday and 11am - 9pm on Fridays and Saturdays.
